FAQ Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. After your website has been completed and launched, full ownership and responsibility for ongoing updates are transferred to you. This includes managing content edits, product updates, design changes, and maintaining any plugins or apps connected to your site.
If you prefer not to manage updates on your own, you can simply add website maintenance at checkout. This allows me to professionally handle updates, adjustments, and ongoing changes for you, ensuring your website stays polished, functional, and up to date.
Do you take deposits?
Full payment is required before any work begins. This allows me to reserve your project, begin planning, and dedicate time and resources to your design.
For clients who prefer flexibility, financing and payment plan options are available and can be selected at checkout. These options allow you to secure your project while spreading the cost over time.
Due to the custom nature of design services, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are offered. Once payment has been submitted, time, creative direction, and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
